Jesse and Peter invite you to join them in their curated community, The Way Station. This is a space for design leaders to talk about what matters to them, meet one another, and also blow off some steam.

We are using Discord. Originally built to support gaming communities, it operates a lot like Slack, though without the orientation towards work. If you’re new to Discord, it takes some getting used to (heck, we’re not fully used to it).

In the community, we have channels to discuss our episodes, and for specific topics such as Org Design, Management, Metrics, and Designing with AI. We’re also interested in getting to one another as people beyond work, so we feature channels on Books, Movies, Television, Parents, Food and Drink, and a place for weirdsies called #funny-strange-random.
