Meet Peter
Peter Merholz is a design executive, organizational consultant, and author. He cofounded Adaptive Path (with Jesse, among others), and lead design at Groupon and Snagajob. He cowrote Org Design for Design Orgs, still the only book about building effective in-house design teams. He is currently focused on his independent consultancy, Humanism at Scale, LLC, where he helps companies get the most out of their design organizations and helps design leaders achieve their potential.

Meet Jesse
Jesse James Garrett is a creative leader, author, and leadership coach. He cofounded Adaptive Path (with Peter, among others), and, after Capital One acquired Adaptive Path, served in various leadership capacities there. He wrote The Elements of User Experience.
